Enchanted – Unique wish

One month has completed. Viccky and Annie has also left Kalsia; Viccky for work and Annie for her college.

Annie, somehow got permission from Raja Sahib for her college trip. She definetly needed Bhabhi’s help in that. But for that Bhabhi had to come close to Bhai. It was long plan but Annie did not have guts to talk to Bhai directly on that. Viccky somehow helped her.

The other palace member, somehow got chance to befriend Geet. And Geet not knowing at all the story in background, felt sympathetic for them. For her anyways, Raja Sahib showed his power to these family members, poor them.

Raja Sahib, though not in Kalsia knew these happenings but he did not interfere. He knew what is best solution.

Dadima called Geet “Geetanjali, come sit”

“Good afternoon Dadima”

“Hope by now you are much aware of how royal duties and life goes.”

Geet gave faint smile; how could she not with the rigorous training she has gone through.

“Thanks for giving one month of your life to Kalsia. We know it was tough for you but people here had lots of hope. Now they will be calm.” Geet gave faint smile. She wanted to discuss about her release from here but before she could say

“Your husband, Raja Sahib wanted to know your future plans. What do you wish?”

Geet took deep breath, she has been thinking about this all while and planned well

“Dadima, I want to go out of kalsia”

“Off course you will go.  None stay permanently here. Not Viccky, Annie or Raja Sahib. They all have their life and responsibility outside. Kalsia they do keep visit, sometimes as family gathering for month or in turns individuality. I am one who stay here”

“Ohh so Raja Sahib, does not stay all while in this palace. I thought” Somehow curiosity regarding Raja Sahib was building in Geet. Everyone she met in Kalsia, were always in praise of him, awed by him. She didn’t want to accept but could feel it was not all due to his power but it was him. But why would she agree, he has been Dusta Danav to her.

Savitri Devi smiled at her “Now you told you don’t want to know about anyone from me, so I won’t tell you about anyone any more. It’s on you to find out. But let me know your plan.”

“Dadima, I want to go and stay in Delhi”

“Delhi? Ohh that will be nice. We have huge Khurana Mansion in Delhi.”

“No Dadima. I don’t want to stay with this identity in Delhi. I want to lead my own life. With this identity restriction will always come along. Please Dadima”

“Geetanjali, Bete what do you exactly want? Tell me. I will convey exactly to your husband. He will make the arrangements as per your wish. This condition is between you two and I am just messenger here”

“There is nothing between us Dadima. I don’t even know him. He never tries to know me but I have to always run my life as his rule.”

Dadima did not say anything. Geetanjali is confused she can read. She is scared to accept this relation; she is scared for the compromises she will have to make after accepting the relation but then slowly the curiosity is building up to know her husband.

“Dadima, I want to spend life in Delhi but with my own identity, which any of you do not know. Dadima trust me, I will be here whenever needed but in Delhi I want my life away from shadow of this Royal life. I want to lead a life of normal Delhi girl, who goes to college and who does part time job. I feel I have somewhere left my life in middle”

Dadima was thinking “So you don’t want us to know your identity. I will see how Raja Sahib can manage this condition. But bete he will not compromise with your security. For you your freedom is important but for this palace and especially Raja Sahib, your safety is his priority”

“Then he will know all about me and that way I won’t have my normal life”

“Geetanjali – he has promised to fulfill your wish after this one-month condition, he will in any way but your security he will not compromise.” Geet was not worried. She wanted to enjoy her life away from the powerful aura of Raja Sahib

Dadima patted her on cheek “You don’t stress. Your wish he will fulfill I know that much. Rest he will manage you don’t have to worry” “Really Dadima” “Bilkul”

After sending off Geet, Dadima was waiting for Raja Sahib’s call. She could not call him when he was away from Kalsia, he would call. All these arrangements were made for security purpose and avoid the continuous try of tracking them.

He called after a while and she conveys Geetanjali’s wish

“Ok Dadima. It will happen as she wishes and I will handle security of hers. They will only communicate me anything related to her security, rest they will be directed to not let us know anything about her. You please convince her to trust on our words.”

“Bete I am worried about you two”

“Dadima, I don’t want you to stress. Everything will be fine. She needs time and I have promised her to give her time. She will never be happy with us if we force this life on her. One month was needed and I got her do it.”

“And you don’t want someone in your life”

“I am fine dadima. Ok Dadima, I will be there in Kalsia tomorrow morning for couple of hours. Need to check yours both arrangement”

Dadima did not like him traveling from here to there, stressing himself for everyone’s need but he would not listen.

Dadima then conveyed Geet that she can live in Delhi as per her wish and with her separate Identity. She assured her, of them not knowing about her.

Raja Sahib then gave contract to few trusted agencies to look for nice apartment in posh areas of Delhi. He also set the standard of the apartments. They would connect Geetanjali directly and she would select any and it will not be known to them.

Geet was surprised, he agreed to all her conditions. She was happy that she will lead her own life now, just like olden days. But somewhere within, there was a thought – Does he not need her at all. He never denies her condition to stay away from him. Does he think she does not deserve him, that she is too immature for person like him? Is he having an affair and he married her just for the face value. She had image of him and and it was tough for her to accept he did it all only because of her conditions.

“Chadoo why do I care. I am happy to have my own life”

Next morning – Geet woke up to realize it was her day of release from this jail. She will be free and she is going to enjoy it to full until she will be needed here for Raja Sahib and she will have to be back in his life. She knew at the end she will have to fulfill her wifely duty to him but for now she can enjoy. She did not say anything to her family as they would go all hyper. She was Managing her life well in her own way.

She was happy – “Yeyyyy I will be free” and she was dancing on the bed, jumping around with music on.

He was crossing the lobby to reach to his room when he heard the music, his eyes and step involuntarily stopped at view that he got in the mirror of her room. He could only see her back and as he could not see her front, he took liberty of few second to see her jumping around. Like a kid, she was jumping and Dancing

Smile formed on his face and he turned away and he shook his head – This was his wife. His partner of life. He started to move away as not to break promise to her. But then….

Geet while jumping and dancing and lost in her own world reached the rim of bed and loosed balance.

He heard “Aaaa-aa” as he walked to his room.

Later, he was very angry at himself for loosing himself like this and watching her, even though from behind but still he did do it for few seconds. He loosed control over himself. How could he. He never ever could do it. He never does anything beyond the wish of his family, especially when it’s for his own need. He would make them do things for their good but for his personal wish, never. And today he was about to break his promise to his wife.

He then got himself completely busy in his work for further arrangements of Dadima and Geetanjali.
